Commissioner Expectations
You must be over the age of 18 in order to commission me.
All commission prices are in CAD. Please keep that in mind when ordering a commission.
Payment will be done via PayPal or Square. As I am not in the US, I do not have CashApp or Venmo, and as such I do not have that available as a payment option. Work on your commission will not begin until after payment has been provided.
Commission turnaround is generally 2 to 6 weeks but may take longer if work circumstances arise. Art is something I work on in addition to working a full-time job, and as such I have limited time to dedicate to it. Due to other obligations there will be some days I may not have time to work on your commission. I will do my best to communicate any delays or issues that arise in a timely fashion. If there is any need for a rush order please let me know. The cost for a rush order is an additional $25 CAD.
If, for whatever reason, a commission cannot be completed, you will be entitled to a refund. Full refunds will be offered for works which have not yet been started or which have minimal work done on them (less than halfway completed). Partial refunds of 50% will be provided for works that have significant progress on them (at least halfway completed or more).
For pipe cleaner customs, you will be responsible to cover the shipping costs to ship your item to you. I will provide as up-to-date shipping rates possible before confirmation for untracked, tracked, and priority mail, and it is your responsibility to cover whichever cost is most convenient for you.
For writing, you will be required to provide me with as much detail as possible about what you would like me to include in your writing piece. I may request guidance on a character's personality, motivations, or any personality quirks I should be aware of. You will receive a rough outline of what the final draft will look like before receiving your finished work. You are free to request changes or adjustment at no cost during this planning phase. Minor changes may be requested once the work is in its final stages at no cost. Major changes requested after the planning phase will incur an additional 50% fee.
I may post your finished work on my social media as a means of adding to my portfolio or to showcase to other potential commissioners. You will be credited as the commissioner and the original owner of any original characters depicted in the work. If you do not wish for me to post your finished work anywhere, please let me know and I will refrain from doing so.
As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission asked of me, including works that I have made significant progress on. If problems arise between myself and a commissioner I will do my best to resolve the matter peacefully, but if a compromise cannot be reached then I reserve the right to instantly cancel any commission I am working on.
You are not allowed to use any of my work (pipe cleaner custom or writing) for the purposes of training generative AI programs or in blockchain programs. I will also not work with reference material made with AI programs. You are not allowed to claim my work as yours and must credit me as the creator. Failure to do any of these will result in an immediate cessation of any work I am working on for you, as well as a refusal to work on any future commissions for you.
I will always endeavour to be respectful and cordial in all of our communications. Rudeness, threats, harassment, or coercion will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate cessation of communication and work, as well as a refusal to work on any future commissions for you.
